Parking closed by the aquarium & water taxi question

I would like to know the name of parking garages (and if possible the street name) where the fee is below $20/ day.

Also question on water taxi, does it cost $8 all day long or $8 per ride?

Water taxi is per day, much better value that way anyways, can%26#39;t confirm the $8 price though.

Parking garage located in harbor East, just a short walk to the Inner Harbor, around 15 minutes, is called the Fleet and Eden parking garage, it is run by the city and very affordable, we pay like $6 bucks to park overnight. Located on the corner of Fleet and Eden Streets. Worth the walk to save some bucks, and we haven%26#39;t had any problems. You just have to collect your car by 12 or 12:30 on weeknights and 2 am or 2:30 am on Friday saturday night or your car will be locked in until the next morning at 7am. There are signs posted, make sure you look.
