Oriole Park - upper box or upper reserved?

First time in Baltimore, so my two college sons and I want to see an Orioles game in June. Are the upper box seats ($25-30) behind home plate worth the extra bucks compared to the upper reserved seats ($8-15) behind home plate? If so, why? Thanks.

The upper ';boxes'; aren%26#39;t really boxes, they%26#39;re simply the first few rows of the upper deck, with upper reserved are the ones behind them.

The first few rows of upper reserved seating would be indistinguishable from upper box seating, but it%26#39;s unlikely they would be available and you%26#39;d be closer to the back of the ballpark with the cheaper seats.

I don%26#39;t think you%26#39;d be disappointed in the cheap seats behind the plate (~Secs. 328-344), even if you wind up at the top of the stadium. I was in 342 Row J for years and most of the friends I took to games who hadn%26#39;t sat there before were surprised the view was so good from up there for a relatively small price.

Bleen,

I agree entirely with Tubman; generally speaking, the extra money isn%26#39;t worth it.

The Tuesday night $8 upper reserved ticket is about the best deal in baseball. 3 seats for $24...less than one box at regular prices. A quick look at the 6/26 Yankee game shows 3 in 328---row K...Those have a great view of the Bromo Tower etc...
