Going to OC nest week

I%26#39;m driving to OC on Monday, the 26th, and staying until Friday. Will be at the Best Western Suites at 55th Street. Traveling alone to play some golf so dont need to be staying at the Ritz. Rates are good at Best West. Does anyone object?

Also, is anybody playing golf at OC - thinking of the weather. My plan is play at Ocean City Golf and Yacht Club and maybe the Bay Club. Anybody know what the course conditions are like?

One more thing - who has the best snow crab in the area?

Going to OC nest week

We just stayed at the Best Western on 55th this past weekend. Rooms are average but a little bit bigger than the standard hotel room. The front desk staff is very friendly and will get you anything you need. Continental breakfast was better than expected with all different types of fruit, donuts, pastries, muffins, bagels, and english muffins.

We played at both Newport and Seaside courses at Ocean City Beach and Yacht club. Course was in pretty good shape since they got about 2.5 inches of rain on Friday. Greens were air-rated so they were quite bumpy. I believe most of the courses down in OC right now are air-rating their greens so it%26#39;s a bit tough to putt on them. Hopefully, they will be a bit better in a week or so.

Sorry, no clue about the best snow crab but we had excellent seafood at BJs on the waterfront on I believe 77th or 78th street.

Not sure about the BW, but if you are looking for snow crabs, try West OC. Head down Golf Course Rd, (i think thats the name) there are a few restaurants, crab alley,(http://www.craballey.com/) sunset grille(www.ocsunsetgrille.com/), captains galley.(http://www.occaptainsgalley2.com/) Check out the menus, you can not go wrong with any of them. Hit em well.
