I%26#39;m hoping I will not need this information - but - if we have a rainy day we are thinking about going to to Atlantic City. Is there a shuttle/bus that picks up passengers in OC and goes to Atlantic City and back the same day? I%26#39;m particularly looking for one provided by a casino where you pay -$ 20 or so to get there and they give you money to play their slots and food credits. Thanks!
Shuttle to Atlantic City? Not to my knowledge there is one.
Shuttle to Atlantic City? There used to be a casino bus from OC years ago, but now the best you can do is to drive 30 miles to Lewes, DE and take the ferry (as a passenger) to Cape May, NJ. From there, Lion Tours runs casino shuttles.

If you are looking to play slots why not travel up to Dover DEL. which is closer then AC.
Or at Midway Slots at Harrington,DE which is closer still.
Or were you thinking that this forum was for Ocean City New Jersey??
I%26#39;m assuming the OP is thinking of OCMD, since that%26#39;s where his other posts are focused.
One thing about the Delaware slots is that I don%26#39;t believe they have the same sort of promotional deals you might get with an AC bus. In Delaware, they only give you points based on the amount you play, and you then cash them in for comps (i.e. you get nothing just for showing up on your first trip), whereas AC still has promotions for bus passengers which aren%26#39;t tied to your actual play.
And there%26#39;s a whole lot more to do in AC on a daytrip. Besides table games at the casinos if you don%26#39;t want to play slots, you can always try out another casino, grab a White House sub, whatever. I%26#39;d feel like a prisoner if I were forced to hang out in a Delaware racetrack/casino without other options nearby.
On the other hand,if you can%26#39;t get a shuttle to AC,the Lewes-Cape May Ferry can set you back $50 before you even gamble.
Thanks for all the info - I was looking for a CHEAP trip - so since the ';promotional'; casino buses have stopped, I guess we%26#39;ll do some tax free shopping at the outlets - but hopefully it will be 7 sunny days and we%26#39;ll stay in OC!!
