Summer Beach Condos

Hello all,

I am looking to rent a condo in early June for 7-8 25 year olds. I found a condo that seems to fit our group. Does anyone have any information about the Summer Beach Condos listed on http://www.cbvacations.com. Are they in a good location to walk for food, beach and fun? Near the boardwalk? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Have you been to OC before?

The Summer Beach Condos are located on 35th Street and oceanfront.

That would put you right on the beach.

As for the Boardwalk OC running from the southern most end you have the Boardwalk Oceanside till 26th street so you would be 10 blocks from the northern end of the Boardwalk.

The northern end is more quiet and less busy then the southern portion so you could either drive down, take the bus from your condo , or walk to the 26th street start and take the tram ride down to the southern end.

Food you can find throughout the area no problem.

Night life if you enjoy going out then you can hit Seacrets on 49th street and the bay side.

Not to far to walk or drive with a designated driver if you are drinking.

I found one review for this place and it was very favorable.

Sounds to me like this place would serve your needs just fine.

One thing June is senior week or month and you get lots of people just getting out of school coming down at this time whether that affects your plans or not you should be aware.

We have friends that stay every June at Summer beach. It is a very nice condo and a nice location.

Hi! it takes less about 15 minutes leisure walk to the boark walk, since it is very 9-10 short blocks, then you can take the tram for only $1 that run round the clock till midnight, you can get off any time along the board walk. I am 24 but not very athletic, and if I can do it anyone can., even my 6 year olds nephew enjoy the walk. In the morning. And also, if you like to watch or try surfing lesson, that is where all the action happen since the pro-surf school is across the street and you can see them from the oversize bacolny between 6-9AM. Also, Laser tag and park is across the street. The building allows 2 parkings per unit, where most of other OC building allows just one parking.
