How Dog Friendly is St. Micheal's/Easton?

Hi,

Looking for advice from people in-the-know about St. Michaels and neighboring Easton when it comes to dog-friendliness.

Several B%26amp;B%26#39;s say they accept pets, some mention an extra fee and others don%26#39;t.

Do those that allow pets let you leave them in the room? I have a very small dog, we will have a travel crate/kennel, so she obviously won%26#39;t be running free around the room unsupervised.

We don%26#39;t plan to just abandon her while we enjoy the town, but my cousin is getting married there in June and we obviously can%26#39;t take her to the wedding with us.

Any advice, suggestions or input as to what you may have done in the past with your pet?

Thanks!

Have made several day trips to St. Michael%26#39;s and always see people with there dogs on the streets and people holding there small dogs in the stores.

i%26#39;d contact the individual b%26amp;b%26#39;s %26amp; ask. don%26#39;t know whether this is a day or night wedding %26amp; how long you expect to be leaving her...possibly there%26#39;s a kennel or dog day care in the area that would take her for a few hours? trouble with that would be, if you%26#39;ll be partying into the evening, you might have trouble getting her back when you want to. i%26#39;d just call the b%26amp;b%26#39;s %26amp; see what they say.

in my experience, (not in st. michael%26#39;s or easton, but elsewhere) it%26#39;s been ok to leave them CRATED in the room as long as they%26#39;re not barkers when crated. i had a problem last time i took mine traveling when i wanted to take a swim %26amp; left them crated...i could hear my OLD girl barkling like crazy all the way from the pool. luckily, the place was deserted on a sunday afternoon %26amp; it didn%26#39;t bother anybody but me. she didn%26#39;t used to bark like that till she got old %26amp; senile.

i wish i could be more specifically helpful. you certainly have my best wishes, though....i know what it%26#39;s like!
