Construction at Park Place

Has anyone been around Park Place lately between 2nd and 3rd streets. Woundering if the building that was going up late summer of 06 was finished and how high did they make it.

Yea it is finished and much higher than Park Place. It looks great and don%26#39;t know the name of the new place but I would like to check the place out also....

WOW - When we were ther last summer they told us it was only going to be 3 stories, and they were supposed to be condo%26#39;s.The way it was going it looked like like it would be blocking the view from the upper rooms towards the pier-what a bummer. We had the best view from that balcony. seems like Ocean City should change to Ocean Condo

Any chance they are going to replace the Dutch Bar? There was talk that they were going to add it when it was torn down.
