Royal Beach on 45th

Anyone know anything about The Royal Beach Condos on 45th St? Its already booked and the little info I have seems great but always like to hear from people who either have stayed there or know it. Will that bus/tram run right by and take the teens to the Boardwalk? Any other activitys a must fro first time visitors? Thanks

I saw the building when it was new and they were trying to sell the units a few years back. Very large 3 br 3 ba units (~1,800 sf) plus a penthouse with great kitchens, but remember it%26#39;s just a seven-unit building with access to a pool.

Whatever great amenities there may be inside your unit will reflect the taste/priorities of that unit%26#39;s owner.

And the building is situated close to Coastal Highway, where the bus runs.

Thanks, I think that the pool is just for this building? I booked it thru a reputable agency but they didnt have interior pictures so was just wondering. Looking forward to the week in August!!

IIRC, the pool is part of Royal Beach, but it%26#39;s not unusual for smaller buildings with pools to enter into sharing arrangements ($$$) with other small buildings in the vicinity to offset the costs of the pools operations and maintenance.

So you may be finding some from other condos using the RB pool, as well, because they%26#39;ve paid for the privilege. Keeps the RB owners%26#39; condo fees down.
