I just called a few places and found Bay Cottage B%26amp;B I have a room reserved and the property is beautiful via online pics, but it is not among the popular b%26amp;bs here or other listings.. ANyway, if any one has been or knows if it is in good walking distance to stuff or not, let me know. We are coming in on a wednesday and leaving on a friday morning, i hope its enough time to stroll thru town, maybe get on a boat ride and see the Audobon(sp?)...feedback, anyone??
I can't find reviews on the Bay Cottage B%26amp;B, etc...I also just booked this bed and breakfast so please post whatever you find out. I am going in June. You?
I can't find reviews on the Bay Cottage B%26amp;B, etc...I did want to tell you we ate at the Key Lime Cafe last time we were in town. It was very cute and the food was good!
Key Lime does sound cute. We%26#39;ll be sure to check it out. We are going June 13th. I%26#39;m praying for good weather.
My wife and I just spent a couple of days there. We had a terrific time. The grounds are beautiful; it is on a point jutting out into an inlet. It%26#39;s very peaceful and relaxing.
That sounds great!
I am really stressing about wether I should make a schedule now before we go or just do things spontaneously when we are there. I%26#39;m guessing, Jackie, at Bay Cottage will help inform us too..
We are really going to have only one full day and two half days(traveling days). I guess if we really like it there we can always go back.
Questions!! Suggestions??
But are there any ';must sees';?
Should I schedule that we take a boat ride or not?
Go to the winery?
Or just stroll thru town and Tilghmann Island?
FYI: We have two dinners and two lunches to pick places form Mom, Dad and me. Dad and I like fish, Mom doesn%26#39;t.
