There will be 2 adults and 13 and 10 yrs girls,,,I just want to walk out of my hotel and onto the beach...but also would like to be near the amusements if possible,,..money is no object....

The Holiday Inn at 17th street is always one of the highest rated hotels located right on the Boardwalk.
This would put you oceanfront and at 17th street which is in the middle of the Boardwalk.
Boardwalk runs from the inlet (southern end) up to 26th street for about 2 1/2 miles.

Two places you can try are Park Place(3rd) and Tidelands (5st), both are on the boardwalk with pools. Both have on site resturants and great balcony views. Walking distance to all major attraction on the boardwalk. They both get great reviews........I personaly like Tidelands just a little more.
