We will be visting North East, Md, soon, and staying at

Sandy Cove. Can anyone recommend things to do and

see in the area while we are there? Also places moderately

priced to eat?

Hi, I live in North East and have been here for about 6 years. The best Crab house is Woody%26#39;s but you can expect an hour wait at least and they don%26#39;t take reservations. The Wellwood in Charlestown is great food and not as long a wait. The local Burgar/Bar is Beachcomber, sometimes smoke filled though. The Pier in North East is modertely priced OK food and OK atmosphere. If you are boaters, call North East River Marina for a RENTAL on Pontoons and Kayaks boats. Great way to get around on the River, thier number is 410.287.5298.
