I am visiting Baltimore and will be using the light rail or other public transportation exclusively. Are there any good crab houses that are between the BWI and the Inner Harbor that are near light rail, metro or various bus stations?

I can%26#39;t think of a crab house near the light rail, but if you want a great crab cake, try Faidley%26#39;s in Lexington Market. One block from the light rail (Lex Market stop) or a metro station across the street. The market is only open until 6:00 p.m. Mon - Sat but I think Faidley%26#39;s closes earlier.

Some places to get steamed crabs in the City:

Obrykis, not sure which bus but it%26#39;s in Fells Point not too far from the Inner Harbor. http://www.obryckis.com/

L.P. Steamers in Locust Point, near Ft. McHenry. No. 1 bus will get you there. http://www.lpsteamers.com/

Bo Brooks in Canton (about a mile east of Fells Point). Looks like the No. 7 will get you there, maybe the 20. http://www.bobrooks.com/

Here%26#39;s the MTA website but if you want to head over to Fells or Canton, your best bet might be ask. Buses going east on Pratt Street would be heading that way but I don%26#39;t know the exact routes.

One more thing, if you%26#39;re going to take more than two rides in a day get a day pass for $3.50. Otherwise, it%26#39;s $1.60 per ride, no transfers.
