Sunset Island Townhouses

Does anyone know anything about this place? http://www.sunsetislandrentals.com/ They have their own bayside beaches and pools and is gated community with townhouses/condos and single family homes. It looks really nice and is on 67th. There is a shuttle to ocean from gate. We have never stayed in OC before but are going with two other families and need a big place for the 12 of us. These have 4-5 bedrooms and have a lot of space. Just wanted to check to see if anyone had seen or stayed here before. Thanks

Sunset Island Townhouses

The whole community is only about 2 years old. I think there may actually still be some construction going on it%26#39;s so new, but for the most part the place is 95% complete. Beautiful, exclusive community. It contains condos, townhomes, and single family homes ranging in price from $500K to one million plus. I don%26#39;t know how you could go wrong. I%26#39;ve never been into the area since it is gated, but I%26#39;ve viewed the bayside beach and pool areas from the water on a boat and it reminds me of something you%26#39;d see in Disney World...very nice.

I guess it%26#39;s nice they have a shuttle service to the beach, but it%26#39;s less than a 5 minute walk (about 3 city blocks) from the entrance of Sunset Island to the beach.
