I am traveling to Silver Springs on business and would like to know of some restaraunts and attractions to visit in the evening. On the weekend the family will be joining me.
I would really love some seafood suggestions as well.
Thank you

Ok, first you have to drop the ';s'; so you don%26#39;t sound like a tourist. :)
Silver Spring.
Crisfield for seafood. Other than that there are a ton of places to eat but give us some budget and likes or dislikes to work with here...
The biggest ';attraction'; would be Washington, DC I guess. About 20 minutes on the Metro from Silver Spring.

One attraction in downtown Silver Spring is the AFI Silver Theatre, a restored classic art-deco movie theatre specializing in classic, independent, documentaries and foreign films.

Thank you!
Although my Boston accent usaually gives me away...I%26#39;ll try and not sound stupid! :)
Do you think it would be safe for me to travel the metro alone in the evenings? I am used to cities , so that%26#39;s not abig deal. But could you advise me on possibly places not to go?
Budget wise...I think my budget is $65 day for food, not including drinks and entertainment.
I think the theatre right in downtown Silver Spring sounds cool.
I defiantely want to hit the monuments but will probably wait for the kids on the weekend.
I am going to enjoy the evenings to myself I think. Maybe even some parks to sit down and eat some food to go and read...and enjoy the quiet...til the kids come :)
I%26#39;m looking forward to some me time!
Maybe I%26#39;ll even get a pedicure or something and totally spoil myself!
Oh the Irish film series looks great at the theatre. Hopefully it won%26#39;t be gone by the time I arrive Sunday. Thanks for the info.
