Seating at Camden yards

Does anyone know if section 332 is covered so that the sun doesn%26#39;t beat down on you? I am thinking about an afternoon game in August, but am worried about the sun/heat. Thanks for any information.

I%26#39;m planning a trip for a game too. According to TickCo.com ';Help me choose my seats at Camden Yards'; : the upper deck awning ';does a ncie job'; at providing shade. I%26#39;ve never been there yet, so any experts please correct this if it%26#39;s wrong.

Depends on where in the section your seats are and the time of day/position of the sun. About the last ten rows of the 300-level sections are covered by the awning directly overhead, so if you%26#39;re in the ';better'; seats at the front of the 300 level, you%26#39;ll get substantially more sun than those who%26#39;ve paid less.

But still, the shadows at various times of day means that even if you%26#39;re not covered overhead, you%26#39;ll get some shade. Or the sun will sneak in to get you even if you%26#39;re covered overhead.

In 332 (great seats BTW, even at the very back), the entire section should be in shade by around 3 p.m.

is it easy to buy tickets the day of the game? or should we buy in advance....we will be there the weekend of June 15th

It depends...who are they playing?

If you know you want to attend it would make sense to buy the tickets in advance. You know where you%26#39;re sitting and can see what your options are and would presumably have more options now than you will 2 weeks from now...
