Camden Yards Inner Harbor area

I am planning a trip to Baltimore with a buddy to watch a couple of baseball games, is there anybody that could recommend things to do around the Camden Yards/InnerHarbor area? Any good sports bars in the area? Where is the best food? Any info would help.

There%26#39;s an ESPN Zone in the inner harbor but I%26#39;d suggest some of the sports bars in the Federal Hill neighborhood- you can walk from Camden Yards. There are a number of sports bars along Charles and Light Sts in Federal Hill. You also should check out Lexington Market, north of Camden yards but walkable . The crabcakes at Faidley%26#39;s are famous. There%26#39;s a sports museum right next to the ballpark and you can walk to Babe Ruth%26#39;s birthplace. I enjoyed the tour of Camden yards and sitting in the luxury suites and the dugout for a few minutes. From Inner Harbor you can walk east to Little Italy for a number of good restaurants.

I%26#39;m partial to my neighborhood, so this may have a Federal Hill slant. But...it%26#39;s walkable. I try to go to an O%26#39;s game a week when they%26#39;re in town.

Before/after the games...Mother%26#39;s %26amp; Cross St Market are packed with people for beer %26amp; food specials. If you don%26#39;t like seafood, stick with Mother%26#39;s. Outside of Camden Yards....Pickles is a blast.

If you%26#39;re looking for something uniquely Baltimore, try the above places. The ESPNZone is nearby, food is actually not bad, but you could always go there in another city!

remeber to ge some crab soup no matter where you end up %26amp; stay away from water taxis, they scare me.

two museums right AT camden yards....one sports, i%26#39;ve been to, it%26#39;s fascinating..

the other, ';entertainment';...run by one of the orioles%26#39; minority owners,steve geppi, has to do with comic books %26amp; collectibles ...haven%26#39;t been to that yet but it sounds VERY interesting!

you%26#39;d probably enjoy fells point...and don%26#39;t panic over the water taxis. only one accident i%26#39;ve ever heard of in all the years they%26#39;ve operated.

I hear Pickles at Camden Yards is supposed to be a fun sports bar, haven%26#39;t been myself though, mainly stick to my local bars in Fells Point!
