My family loves Phillips. We usually go there at least twice during our week.

Try Crab Alley on Golf Course rd! Great AYCE crabs cooked to order with steamed shrimp, corn and ribs! Buffets at Phillips and the Bonfire are good, Embers, not so much!

Everybody here seems to mention just about all the seafood places in OC, making me believe most places are pretty good. But if I had to place my choices in order it would be:

Phillips

Embers

Halls

Mug and Mallet (crabs only)

Higgins

MR Ducks has an awesome crabcake sandwich. I know Mink has mentioned many times that Bahama Mamas has the best jumbo crabs in OC.

I ate at Phillips%26#39; on the 10th and while eating my meal I thought I was at home eating one of their selections out of my grocery store%26#39;s freezer. Good at home, disappointing at the actual place.

Any of the other places listed, Bahama Mamas, would be a better choice.

The Captain%26#39;s Galley II in West Ocean City has fresh seafood, including outstanding crab cakes. We have been eating there the last couple of years and would highly recommend it over Phillip%26#39;s any day.

Can anyone recommend where I can buy seafood that I can cook?

There is a place over in west ocean city by the Captian%26#39;s Galley that sells fresh seafood that you can make yourself.

The prices are reasonable and they catch their own seafood.

A good seafood place in OC is actually in West OC. Waterman%26#39;s is one of the best places to have all you can eat crabs!

And Higgins is good too!
