Hotels with a View

We stayed at the Renaissance Harbor Place the last time we visited and loved the harbor views and convenience to everything. Thinking about a return later in the summer for our anniversary. Any recommendations for lodging with similar or better views while still within walking distance to attractions and outstanding dining? Thanks for your help!

That%26#39;s one of the best places in town....while others have good views I%26#39;m not sure they%26#39;re as nice of a property as the Rennaissance.

Harbor Court (Intercontinental) and Marriott Waterfront would be worth looking into, as would the Sheraton and the Hyatt. But check the reviews....

I know I keep recommending it, but the Henderson%26#39;s Wharf Inn has great views of the water in Fells Point. We went for our anniversary and it was excellent, perfect place for an anniversary. The reviews here do not lie. I%26#39;d book a waterfront room if one is available. Walking distance to dozens of restaurants or a quick water taxi ride away. We walked to Inner harbor w/o issue, but loved taking the water taxi as well. Trust me, it is great (and no, I do not work for them!)

I%26#39;ve only stayed at 3 hotels in the harbor area but Henderson%26#39;s is the best out of them all. In fact Henderson%26#39;s is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I don%26#39;t know if the view will be as good but it has a great location and wonderful accomodations. I just recently stayed at the Marriott Waterfront and was very impressed with the view. The location there is good too. Next to water taxi stop and walking distance to Little Italy, Inner Harbor and Fell%26#39;s Point. I am staying at the Harborplace next weekend so I will be able to compare views then.

Tommy,

The Marriott Waterfront will have the biggest views. Perched on the eastern edge of the Inner Harbor...and WAY taller than any other hotel in the area...That is the good news...

The location is fine...walkable to all attractions...but the hotel continues to get mixed reviews, mostly due to the price/value ratio.

Henderson%26#39;s Wharf does have some water view rooms...and they are ground level...it is the best hotel in town...and the Fells Point location is good...although not the best for the Inner Harbor...it is great for Little Italy and Fells Point/Canton

We took the majority opinion and reserved at Hendersons Wharf. Looking forward to exploring Fells Point and Little Italy which we did not do last time. Thanks to all who responded to the posting.
