Golden Sands vs High Point South

We are deciding between a 1 bedroom or an efficiency at the G.S. The one bedroom is on the 3rd floor and the effeciency is on the 5th or 8th. My questions are:

how small are the efficiencys?

is the 3rd floor too low to see the ocean?

how small is the pool? (looks like the condo complex holds a lot of people)

Are there enough chairs at the pool to accomodate all the people?

We are also looking at High Point south efficiencys. Would they be larger?

We are just a couple in our 40%26#39;s, no kids going with us this time, which is the better choice?

Golden Sands vs High Point South

I%26#39;ve stayed at Hipoint South many times. I have always stayed in a privately owned unit. You have a good view of the ocean from any floor although the best views seem to be from flrs. 5 and 6. I have always had at least a one bedroom and found it to be roomy. They have large balconies which end up serving as living room and dining room. The pool is adequate. Chairs are usually available, weekends are busier and you might want to grab one early.
