All you can eat Crabs

Can someone tell me the difference and which is better and why of these seafood restaurants:

Of the three you mention, Phillips has a large buffet that includes crabs. You can%26#39;t go wrong with any of them if it is just crabs that you want to eat.

For a crabhouse I would rate the three in this order:

Hooper%26#39;s

Higgins

Phillips

I would also recommend Waterman%26#39;s for all you can eat crabs.

Hooper%26#39;s is West Ocean. It is primarily an all you can eat crab house. The quality of their crabs is usually consistent and above average.

Higgins crabs vary significantly depending on the season. I personally do not like the fact that they serve females when availability is tight.

Phillips has a large buffet that includes steamed crabs. However, their crabs seem overcooked from sitting on the buffet. I usually find much better choices on their buffet than their crabs.

I have to say Phillips gives you the crabs and everything else.

Hopperhouse and Higgins is JUST crabs, maybe chicken thats it...

Phillips give you shrimp, clams, oysters, crawfish, a kids buffet and of course all you can eat crabs.......did I mention a dessert tray....

Hoopers, offers all u can eat crabs, corn on the cob, ribs, chicken, hush puppies, and I think steamed shrimp also! I think it was $25.00 last summer, and it was good food, great service, Never ate at Waterman%26#39;s but heard that%26#39;s good also. Phillips we were disappointed to many times!

Clipper guy was dissappointed at Phillips but I myself never had a bad experience there. Is long as it offers everything you can%26#39;t go wrong with the 3.

Waterman%26#39;s is by far my favorite! I always get delicious full good size crabs with loads of other all-you-can-eat stuff too (corn on the cob, steamed shrimp, fried chicken, fries, hush-puppies).

Amazing! Not one mention of Crab Alley on Golf Course road! We had wonderful all you can eat crabs there and my wife had steak! Price last fall was $29.00/ person. There are also steamed shrimp, ribs and corn included in that price. The crabs are cooked to order and dumped on your table!!! I%26#39;ve enjoyed the seafood at Phillip%26#39;s, but the crabs always seemed overcooked and dry from the heat lamps. The advantage at Phillips is the variety of seafoods and the raw bar, but if it%26#39;s crabs you want try Crab Alley!
